A pleasant very large room on the first floor with a 5' four-poster bed and luxury en-suite limestone and mosaic shower. Dramatic damask decorations. This room has views across the South Downs, the high ceilings typical of Georgian houses, and a large arched picture window with window seat. The room overlooks the roses in the front garden, up to Perry Hill, and usually Lucy, our cat, sunning herself.

Our Four-poster rooms are charged in low seasons at £115-145 per room per night (varies by date, eccludes special dates) All prices are per room, and include a breakfast with cereals, fruit and a cooked full English breakfast with 'Taste of Sussex' sausages and bacon.
