|Our Local Meat Supplier

Our breakfast is rightly praised and we are rightly proud of our Taste of Sussex plate. Much praise is heaped upon our Sausages and Bacon created for us by Master Butcher Matthew Vann at Arundel Butchers. Matthew is also one of the few butchers in the area to have the honour of supplying superb Lamb from the Norfolk estate.

All our Lamb served is Southdown Lamb, reknowed for its quality. In the Winter we now get Mutton to restore this wonderful meat back to its rightful place. We get excellent local pork, some from local Old Spot Herds.
